In his impressive career, Haynes has held leading roles at several renowned companies, including GW Pharmaceuticals. During his tenure there, he significantly contributed to the development of groundbreaking products like Epidiolex. Currently, Haynes heads research and development at Sapient Therapeutics. Additionally, Haynes co-founded Diligenc Capital Ltd., showcasing his business acumen and strategic foresight. Educated at Oxford Brookes University, Haynes earned a B.Sc. in Biology.
